Do not be afraid! Good advice at an inopportune time, one might almost say, because the fear of a future determined by war, of the loss of freedom, of uncertainty, lack of influence, and of personal as well as societal changes keep forcing their way into the consciousness of even the strongest optimists. In “No Fear”, the Bonn International Sprechchor confronts this widespread feeling of time and tries to counter it with something. The ensemble, which currently consists of 24 members from 13 nations, looks at what makes us restless from a wide variety of perspectives, and in the process, a common strength emerges quite incidentally: for the experiences, perceptions and views of the diverse ensemble make us feel what connects us, and in a common narrative they create an evening that invites us to share stories with one another, to talk, to think and to look to the future with strength.

Supported by diversity. worth a lot. Campaign of the Caritas Association for the City of Bonn e.V.
