In the Bonn Summer of Culture, we present a diverse program open-air on Bonn’s Münsterplatz from August 21 to 29. We are visible from afar as we inaugurate the Theater im Ballsaal’s theater container. We present performances, theater, concert, film, reading in, at and around the container and invite theater enthusiasts and curious passers-by.
For the first time, Bonn is experiencing a very special summer of culture under the title “Outdoors and on location”. As part of a grant from the German Federal Cultural Foundation, the city of Bonn and the concept of actors from Bonn’s independent scene, consisting of Bühne in der Brotfabrik, CocoonDance, Förderverein Filmkultur Bonn, Theater Marabu, Tanzwerke Vaněk Preuß and us, have been selected as one of 117 projects nationwide to host the Kultursommer in their city.
“Draußen und vor Ort” is supported in the program Kultursommer 2021 by the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media (BKM) with funds from “NEUSTART KULTUR” and has the motto “Back to the Cities with Art and Culture”.
